Last Thursday 7th November the MOSAIC project was presented during the “Preparare il Futuro: Strumenti e Buone Pratiche per l’Internazionalizzazione della Scuola” event in the Uniser office.
Participants could discover the insights of this CoVe project, including the most significant project results reached so far:
- Research reports: Six comprehensive reports were developed covering skill gaps, environmental sustainability, new business models, social inclusion, digitalization, and entrepreneurship.
- International Conference CIMAD: Held in April at the University of Jean Monnet and SEPR in Lyon, this event brought together experts to discuss the future of arts and crafts education, focusing on AI applications, innovations in craftsmanship, evolving consumer practices, and education’s future role in this field. The new edition will be on the 26,27 and 28 of May 2025 during the Biennale Internationale du Design of Saint-Etienne. More information will be shared soon.
- “From Waste to Wow!” International Skills Performance: took place in September 2024 in Lyon, this event involved 34 students from MOSAIC partner schools in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary project.
Participants were also invited to test the Training Modules on social inclusion, digitalization, entrepreneurship, woodworking, jewellery design and arts and an overview on the next internationalisation opportunities for students, teachers and arts and crafts professionals was given.
To keep updated participants were invited to follow MOSAIC, website and social media platforms, ensuring that stakeholders and interested parties can follow the project’s developments and participate in future events and initiatives.
At the end of the event, a networking aperitive was organised giving the participants the opportunity to get to know each other and sharing a positive feedback to Rita (SCF), Stefano and Mari (Unioncamere), Giulia and Lucia (Uniser).
