A group of Bulgarian professionals from different fields took part in an international professional mobility in Trento, Italy, where they completed an intensive training programme focused on strategic marketing, entrepreneurship and the practical use of artificial intelligence for small and medium-sized enterprises. The training was hosted by Istituto Pavoniano Artigianelli, an educational institution well known for its innovative, practice-oriented approach to learning.

The programme combined theoretical lectures, hands-on workshops and individual project work, aiming to equip participants with knowledge and skills directly applicable to their professional activities. A special emphasis was placed on artificial intelligence as a tool for communication, marketing and strategic planning, as well as on adapting new technologies to the real needs of diverse professional sectors.

According to architect Boyan Kolarov, the training offered a fresh perspective on familiar challenges. He noted that Artigianelli tailored the programme to be very useful for each participant, allowing topics such as artificial intelligence and marketing to be perceived not as abstract concepts, but as practical and valuable tools. In his view, the non-traditional educational approach provided confidence for exploring new professional directions and entrepreneurial ideas.

Architect Svetoslava Kolarova highlighted the excellent organisation of the mobility, both in terms of the academic programme and the accompanying visits and activities. For her, the lectures on artificial intelligence and strategic marketing were particularly valuable, as was the opportunity to work on an individual project. She also pointed out that Trento represents an impressive example of urban development through the harmonious integration of historical heritage and contemporary architecture, and emphasized teamwork and innovative thinking as key factors for achieving sustainable results.

Nadezhda Pamporova, architect and active participant in civic initiatives, shared that the most memorable aspect of the mobility was the strong commitment of the host organisation to the quality and usefulness of the programme. She underlined the professionalism of the lecturers, as well as the opportunity to explore the region’s history, architecture and culture alongside the training activities. According to her, knowledge of artificial intelligence, entrepreneurial skills and strategic planning is not only relevant for business, but also highly applicable in the work of non-governmental organisations.

Architect Krasimir Pamporov described the mobility as a dynamic experience combining education, travel, culture and architecture. He emphasized the excellent organisation by the hosts and the opportunity to immerse in a rich architectural environment – from Ancient Rome and the Renaissance to contemporary works by internationally renowned architects. In his view, the learning environment at Artigianelli and its STEM-oriented approach provided outstanding conditions for effective education.

Filmmaker and marketing specialist Basri Sali described the experience in Trento as highly inspiring, with professional encounters and exchanges playing a central role. He noted that the new knowledge gained in marketing and artificial intelligence has provided him with fresh motivation and ideas for future projects, while the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality of the hosts significantly contributed to the overall positive impact of the programme.

The youngest participant in the group, journalist and digital marketing specialist Preslav Neychev, stated that the mobility left a lasting mark on him both professionally and personally. According to him, the training significantly expanded his understanding of the possibilities of artificial intelligence and enriched his knowledge in the fields of culture and marketing. He also highlighted the value of exchanging perspectives and experiences with professionals from different backgrounds.

The professional mobility in Trento demonstrated how contemporary education, combined with a strong practical focus and international exchange, can serve as a powerful tool for developing skills, knowledge and innovative thinking. For the participants, this experience went beyond a training programme and became a platform for new ideas, professional connections and future opportunities.
