“HARMONIA 1” LTD, established in 2005, is registered according to the Trade law with main activities – vocational education, qualification and requalification of youths and adults, services in the field of education, consulting and mediation in looking for and finding a jobs.
The main goal of the company is to achieve quality professional education and training, which contributes to satisfying the needs and interests of the individual, society, educational and training institutions, employers and trade unions.
The company’s mission is to provide education and professional qualification to unemployed persons, employees in organizations in need of higher qualification, citizens seeking their own improvement and qualification, adequate both to the requirements of the labor market and to the development of the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy.
The company potential is based on the owners and employees experience gained for years working in the field of education, qualification and requalification of youths and adults. Realizing the responsibility and the specifics of the activity, we are oriented towards perspective and demanded professional fields and professions specialties that are of great importance for the future of the nation.

From 02.1998 to 05.03.2001 Institute of Psychology of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences – Section on Personality Psychology.
From 03.2001 to 2002, he worked in various organizations as a human resources manager.
From 1998 to 2005, founder and chairman of the association of young psychologists in Bulgaria.
Current position:
From 01.07.2005 – until now manager of HARMONIA 1 Ltd. – vocational training and education center. Performs managerial functions, plans and coordinates the company’s activities.
From 01.22. 2022 – until now manager of ALFA TM OOD – consulting company in human resources management, career planning and consulting
Organizational professional skills and competences:
– over 500 hours of experience as a professional leader of psycho-dynamic trainings /communication, conflicts, teamwork, stress, assertive behavior, prevention of aggression, motivational training, etc./
– 5 years of experience as a professional guidance specialist, career counseling and preparation of individual career development plans
