Materahub manages international pilot projects in support of the cultural and creative industries, encouraging innovation and inclusion processes and a new entrepreneurial vision to face contemporary challenges.
This is achieved by organising Capacity Building activities that stimulate networking and skills exchange between local and international experts, entrepreneurs and policy makers through projects funded by the European Erasmus + programs including Cosme, Interreg, Horizon 2020, etc.
Since 2010, Materahub is the Intermediary Organization of the European Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program; from 2014 the Italian host of the only international competition dedicated to cultural and creative industries, the Creative Business Cup. Materahub is also a member of the Puglia Creative District and is part of the cluster of Cultural Industries and Creative Basilicata Creativa.
Materahub hub is a member of the international CARP network that promotes cultural routes on the prehistoric art of the Council of Europe as well as a number of sector networks including European Creative Business Network, European Creative Hubs Network, ENCATC. From 2022, Materahub is part of the EIT KIC Culture and Creativity.

Gabriella Antezza
Training Manager
Gabriella Antezza is the Training and Project Manager of Materahub, where she has been working since 2014. She is an expert and qualified trainer, tutor, facilitator, designer of training curriculum, learning assessment tools and resources as well as experienced in training needs analysis and tailor made coaching pathways.
She has a wide experience in the development, coordination and delivery of educational programmes, activities and tools within international partnerships and several sectors, including Creative and Cultural Industries and Entrepreneurial Education.
She describes herself as a creative, positive, cheerful and flexible person, expert team player and leader, with strong critical and creative thinking skills and particularly keen to analyse and solve problems as well as support learners and colleagues by stimulating a productive exchange and sharing of ideas and experiences. She particularly likes challenging herself through new professional experiences that can increase her knowledge and enrich her professional and personal competences and experiences
Hai Ly Nguyen Thi
Project Manager
Hai Ly is working as the Project Manager of Materahub. Originally coming from Vietnam, she moved to Italy to pursue her Master in Design of Sustainable Tourism Systems at the University of Florence 2 years ago. During her time at the university, she was an active alumnus promoting sustainable tourism in the network of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) which is a highly-competitive cultural exchange program for Southeast Asia emerging leaders sponsored by the U.S Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs. Hai Ly also has considerable experience as the Digital Marketing Consultant for Google Project for an international company based in Singapore before coming to Italy to continue her study. Currently, working as the Project Manager in Materahub, she has been running projects focusing on the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) as well as Tourism Sector with the visions to promote community engagement, capacity building and policy development.
